Shipping & Pants Sizing

We deliver pants orders and related materials from our PerfectFit hub directly to the customer or designated pickup point. Below you will find general conditions for delivery and available methods of documentation.

Delivery Options

Pants orders are transported by our PerfectFit delivery teams or partnered couriers. For large orders, we can provide specialized handling to manage packaged items and ensure secure transport directly to your location.

  • Within the city – typically delivered the same or next business day, depending on order priority and courier availability.
  • Within the region – according to a pre-agreed schedule and distance to the delivery address or pickup point.
  • Drop-off at the service center – anytime during working hours after confirmation that the order is ready for handover.

Approximate delivery rates

The final delivery cost is calculated individually and depends on distance, order size, and required handling procedures. Below are indicative rates.

Within city, standard pants delivery from 10 €
Within city, oversized packages from 18 €
City + region, up to 30 km from 28 €
Each additional 10 km + 5–8 €
Special handling / premium packaging by agreement

For large pants orders or recurring delivery needs, we prepare individual agreements with fixed handling and transport rates.

Delivery Procedure

  • You send a list of selected pants or order details to our team by phone or email.
  • We clarify preferences, verify the items, and suggest possible fit or fabric alternatives if required.
  • You confirm the delivery request, documentation method, and the preferred delivery time.
  • We prepare the order in our facility and forward it for shipment according to the agreed schedule.

Documentation Methods

You can authorize pants delivery and order handling in the way that is most convenient for your shopping process.

  • On-site confirmation at the PerfectFit service office.
  • Digital authorization via secure customer portal.
  • Official documentation issued for individual shoppers and partner retailers.
  • Partial pre-authorization for high-priority or custom orders, final confirmation upon dispatch.

All order movements are accompanied by standard delivery logs. For partner retailers we provide full shipment documentation.

Returns and Discrepancies

If during delivery you notice damaged packaging, missing items, or any inconsistencies in the documentation, please inform the courier and our team immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible to maintain order accuracy.
